Nicky Baker, NSW Health
Nicky is a Senior Program Manager in Leadership at the Health Education and Training Institute, NSW Health. Nicky has responsibility for the design and delivery of leadership programs such as the NSW Health Leadership Program and the Medical Leadership Program. She has over 15 years’ experience throughout the fields of Executive Coaching, Talent Development, Learning and Development and Internal Communication within the Public, Private and not-for-profit sectors. Nicky is also an experienced facilitator, enjoying the challenge of connecting people with each other and ideas; concepts that are either planned or emerge. For fun, Nicky enjoys live music and travel (when we could!), reading, kayaking on the beautiful Lake Macquarie and hanging out with friends and family – including making up games with her two small children.
