The Women in Economics Network ('WEN') in Victoria is excited to extend a warm invitation to you for an informal coffee meet-up. This is a chance for members to catch up over a cup of coffee and meet fellow friends and economists, including this month's special guests, Executive Directors at the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, Miranda Forehan and Teresa Stewart.
Miranda Forehan and Teresa Stewart both joined the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance in 2002-03. Since 2022 they have undertaken the role of Executive Director, Revenue Group, as a job share partnership, leading state taxation policy, revenue forecasting and intergovernmental financial relations. Before this they undertook the role of Director, Portfolio Analysis, overseeing the education and training portfolio. Prior to forming their partnership, Miranda and Teresa individually undertook a range of executive roles across DTF. They have wide experience in economic and social policy, Commonwealth State relations, and budget and financial management advice.
All members are welcome. Feel free to extend this invite to friends and colleagues.
