Silvia Griselda, Research Manager at the e61 Institute, will lead a conversation with Aruna, exploring her personal journey from her early influences to her career in economics and her current leadership role at Grattan.
The discussion will also address the unique challenges women face in the field of economics, including strategies for overcoming mansplaining, navigating career-family balance, and building resilience against workplace undermining.
