The WEN web-mentoring for early career researcher (ECR) women in academia is a mentoring initiative aimed at supporting ECR women in academia (i.e. Post-docs, Level B and Level C academics) across Australia. The program consists of four online thematic mentoring sessions throughout 2023-2024. These sessions will cover a range of essential topics, including research, teaching, and service.
The WA Mentoring Program aims to facilitate productive mentoring partnerships by linking Mentors with Mentees in order to provide participants with constructive opportunities to reflect on and expand on their professional and career objectives, capabilities, skills and networks.

Expressions of Interest for Mentorship Program 2019
WEN (NSW Branch) is planning to run a mentoring program as part of its offering for 2019, with the aim to target junior economists with 2-3 years work experience (the mentee) with more senior economists with 8-10 years work experience (the mentor). This offers opportunities to make connections between women working as professional economists.
