Marian Vidal-Fernandez

Emmanuelle Walkowiak

Dr Emmanuelle Walkowiak VC senior research fellow of RMIT. She analyses the impact of the digital transformation on new shapes of work and the evolution of the quality of working life. More specifically, her current research deals with the quality of working life for crowdworkers of platforms, neurodiversity and inclusion at the workplace. Her research interests also include opportunities and threats in Web3 associated with implementation of blockchain technologies, AI/AR/VR/Metaverse and the evolution of work and mental health. As a labour economist, she evaluated efficiency of labour market policies, such as the short-work programme (JobKeeper in Australia).
