I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated PhD candidate in Economics at The University of Queensland, with a strong foundation in applied economic research, policy analysis and higher education teaching. My research interests lie at the intersection of public economics, labour economics, the economics of ageing and applied microeconometrics. My current research focuses on Age Pension reforms in Australia and their effects on older people’s wellbeing and labour supply, as well as their broader implications for fiscal sustainability. I have experience contributing to national and international collaborative economic policy research, with an emphasis on evidence-based analysis and knowledge dissemination.
