Emily Millane

Bio

Dr Emily Millane is an expert in superannuation law and policy. She is a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne Law School,  teaching Superannuation Law and Regulation. Emily also works at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in government strategy. Her PhD examined the conditions for systemic policy reform using the case study of Australian superannuation.

Emily has worked at the Grattan Institute, as an adviser to Dr Jim Chalmers MP, a Research Fellow at the Crawford School's Tax and Transfer Policy Institute, and began her career in commercial law at Maddocks.
