Silvia Salazar

Dr. Silvia Salazar is an applied economic researcher at Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre at Curtin University. Silvia\'s work focuses on household finance and consumption, the cost of living, and housing economics. She also leads the Quarterly Economic Commentary of the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre where she focuses on the economic indicators relevant to the Western Australia economy. As a consequence, Silvia has developed a particular interest in regional diversification and the green economy; topics on which she has authored and led numerous reports and economic analysis. \r\n\r\nDr. Salazar has published in multiple academic outlets on subjects central to her academic research such as the economics of the household, unpaid work, and gender inequality. Silvia obtained her Ph.D. at the Paris School of Economics and she has previously held academic and teaching positions in France at the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne, the University of Paris 13, and the Dom Bosco Catholic University in Brazil. She has presented her research at numerous international conferences and workshops.

Dr Kar Mei Tang is the Regional Head of Oceania and Asia (ex-Japan & China) for the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment. She has over 25 years\' experience in sustainability, investment and economic policy in both public and private sectors. Kar Mei has previously held senior executive roles in the NSW Government in the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, the Environment Protection Authority, and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Prior to joining the NSW public sector she was Head of Policy and Research with the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (now Australian Investment Council). Kar Mei has a PhD in Economics (University of Sydney), Masters in Applied Statistics (ANU) and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours, University of Melbourne). She is also currently Co-Chair of the International Women\\\'s Development Agency (IWDA) and Deputy Chair of the Women in Economics (WEN) National Committee. Emmanuelle Walkowiak

Dr Emmanuelle Walkowiak VC senior research fellow of RMIT. She analyses the impact of the digital transformation on new shapes of work and the evolution of the quality of working life. More specifically, her current research deals with the quality of working life for crowdworkers of platforms, neurodiversity and inclusion at the workplace. Her research interests also include opportunities and threats in Web3 associated with implementation of blockchain technologies, AI/AR/VR/Metaverse and the evolution of work and mental health. As a labour economist, she evaluated efficiency of labour market policies, such as the short-work programme (JobKeeper in Australia).
